A brother to the Arnold Strongman Classic, the Arnold UK stands highly acclaimed in the sport of Strongman. This competition has had a long history of sporting the heaviest weights and the highest level of athletes. To be a winner of an Arnold UK speaks volumes of how high a pedigree of that strength athlete. A Women's competition will also be held this year with 6 women and 4 different weight categories battling it out to see who is worthy to be the winner of the Arnold Uk. There will be a total of 62,000 pounds in prize money given away at this year's competition. 30,000 pounds of that will go to the winner of Men's competition. The prize money for the women has not been announced. Regardless of placement, every strongman competitor will get paid something.
Men's Events
"The Beast" Yoke
Nicknamed "The Beast" for Eddie Hall's world-record 500kg deadlift, this Yoke will test every ounce of a competitor's grit and determination. Athletes will pick up the yoke and race down to the finish line as quickly as possible.

Sandbag Toss
Rumored that each bag will have Arnold's head painted on it, each athlete will toss a number of bags over a bar for time.

Circus Dumbbell
A grueling test of strength, technique and cardio, athletes must pick a giant dumbbell off the ground and press it overhead.

Arnold Stone Carry
Arnold's take on the Dinnie Stone Carry will make its appearance as two atlas stones with Dinnie Stone handles. Each athlete will pick up and carry these stones as far as possible.

A staple of Strongman, athletes will lift a series of 5 stones starting at a 5ft platform and ending at a 4ft platform.
